We collect personal information in two ways on this website:

Newsletter Subscription (The Meridian Brief)

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. Nothing else.

Commission Enquiry Form

When you submit a commission enquiry, we collect your first and last name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your research request.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for the purpose for which it was provided:

  • Newsletter email addresses — to send you The Meridian Brief when we publish new surveys, polls, or analytical briefs. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.
  • Commission enquiry details — to respond to your research request and discuss how we can work together. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without your explicit consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely in Google Sheets, managed by Meridian Polls and accessible only to authorised team members. Form submissions are processed via Google Apps Script. Both services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — or until you request deletion.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent to receive our newsletter at any time
